Fans looking to see the Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon The Super Live Musical finally have the opportunity to watch it on video for free for a short time. This musical, previously unavailable for purchase or stream, can be viewed on YouTube for a limited time. First we have the London 2025 version of the musical which is available from August 1st to the 3rd. Next weekend we will have a video of the North American Tour which will be available from August 8th to the 10th. You can watch the London show by following this link or in the embedded video below.

This is particularly welcome news to me as I have streamed or watched all of the recent musicals but The Super Live was never made available. I was lucky enough to have finally watched a performance from the North American Tour in New York City in April of this year. This is a chance for fans that weren’t able to attend any showings in that tour in person to finally see it!

The musical, like a few others before it, covers the Dark Kingdom arc from the Sailor Moon manga. It makes use of impressive props and effects to create a different type of audio visual experience than is seen in some other musicals. I wasn’t sure what this meant when I heard the effects driven musical described years ago but now that I’ve seen the musical I finally get it.
