The latest English dubbed episode of Sailor Moon Crystal will be released this Friday, January 8th, on Hulu and Neon Alley. As always the episode will be available to stream at 9pm Eastern Time, 6pm Pacific Time. This week we get Act 9, Serenity – Princess, as the past is revealed! We will finally get a proper flashback to the events of Silver Millennium and this means lots of kissing!
As the title suggests we will be learning the true identity of Princess Serenity. What am I saying? Obviously we already know that it’s Minako! Just like we had two episodes with Tuxedo Mask’s name in a row (Act 6, Tuxedo Mask and Act 7, Mamoru Chiba – Tuxedo Mask) we now get two episodes in a row that are Minako’s name (Act 8, Minako – Sailor V and Act 9, Serenity – Princess).

I wonder why neither show ever really tried to hide the fact that Usagi was the Princess. I mean, I think the manga at least tried to keep it in mystery (I’m not sure, it’s been a while), but for people who don’t like reading, they could’ve done a bit more to make it a surprise. Why do you suppose they didn’t?

I mean, wouldn’t it be just WAY to obvious if the princess of the MOON = Sailor MOON?
Venu..I mean V is obviously the Moon Princess. They both have blonde hair. Duh!
When are we gonna be able to get the English versions in England?
I can’t wait to see how Stephanie Sheh handles the emotional scenes.
