I would say that ice skating is more popular in my region of the U.S., but I do see a lot of references to roller skating in American media. I can’t help but think of this comic strip.

I’m all in! I’d love to watch this. As for Canadian stereotyping, one of my close friends is from Canada. She once said that the Canada chapter (Sailor Jupiter) in “Another Story” is grossly inaccurate. Furthermore, she loves Sailor Moon, but not as much as Dudley Do-Right and Snidely Whiplash. Alas, I don’t think either Do-Right or Whiplash are gonna make the cut in the ice skating show. Forgive me for emphasizing “ice skating!” I’m from America.

Rollerskating is (or was) more popular where I live as there is only ice skating in the winter. The old skating rink from when I was a child is reopening so maybe roller skating will pick up again.

I think it is wonderful that they are including Evgenia, her passion deserves to be rewarded!
