I don’t watch a lot of sports but I think people do ignore the inherent advantages of interlaced video. In this case it would be more fluid as it’s not converted from a progressive scan source.

On DVD it’s a bit tougher, because the loss of resolution is more apparent. But I have a DVD of a local skating show that was shot at 1080p and converted to 480p/24, and it was totally unwatchable because the motion looked horrendous.

The one at paris was another musical sailor Moon The Super Live and it was 80 minutes and theres barely any speaking and lots of dancing and it adapts the Dark Kingdom arc its quite easy to follow
