The theme song would’ve needed a little more work to catch the ear of 10-12 year old me, but I absolutely would’ve watched a series like this around that age (assuming it had a slightly higher budget once greenlit).

On top of the vague Sailor Moon, Xena, Power Rangers vibes, I’m getting a hint of Princess Gwenevere and the Jewel Riders.

That takes me back. I saw this in 1999 … it was passed around on some of the Moonie sites as a “look if you dare, and hate Saban in your heart” sort of thing. I still have it (with BIG WARNINGS on the file name lest I accidentally view it by accident).

I hope people won’t harass them. Pretty sure they aren’t even into anime or anything nerdy and are just trying to live their lives. Besides how would they know where the pilot is or anything beyond foggy memories of trying to start an acting career on a kids show pilot that never aired from like 20 years ago?

Only two actresses were ever named. Tami-Adrian George was Sailor Jupiter and Adrienne Barbeau was Queen Beryl and Sailor Moon’s mother. Tami-Adrian George is not on social media and hasn’t worked in the entertainment industry in a few years. Never reached out to Adrienne Barbeau. Not sure how much of a role she had in the pilot. If it was just voice acting work she likely wouldn’t have interacted with many people.
