Since Tellu didn’t want to fight Sailor Jupiter after she was revived so I believe that she was send into another realm where she lost her powers and then Chaos taken control of her and then Sailor Jupiter decided to save her after seeing Tellu is suffering too decided and needs to be healed. Then Tellu will start her new life helping Sailor Jupiter in the garden together.
