So is Michiru bisexual in the 90s anime? One of the things I love about Stars is the comedy in the show. I also love the scene in episode 181 when Haruka complains about how she wants Michiru to touch her gently and Michiru says she will later when they’re alone and Usagi comments about how that’s an adult mood. Episode 181 used to be one of my favorites in my younger years and I still mostly enjoy the episode but I find the scene where Usagi thinks Seiya is going to pressure her into having sex to be a bit problematic. The show tries to paint this scene off as cute and funny and romantic but I think in real life that would be considered sexual harassment.

If Seiya figures out who Sailor Moon is, why doesn’t he say something? Usually they say something. Even Minako’s love interest in S said something when he figured out who she was!

181 is one of my favorite Stars episodes, I love Seiya. And though we’re supposed to be pissed off that the outers were short-changed in the anime, I actually hate their entire role in Stars, and wish they would f off to their planet-orbiting castles (which unfortunately don’t exist in the anime.)
