ok thanks guys i started watching the 90s sailor moon yesterday loving it so are jusat watch that for now since i hate subs and sailor moon crstal wont be fully dubbed till like mid next year i can wait also looking forward to sailor stars

original anime is way more about ordinary and school life of girls, is way way more funny and of course there is a new monster in every episode, on the other hand a lot of episodes, maybe most of the episodes, does not bring anything important to the main plot, Crystal is much more concentrated on the plot and every episode is important

I think that it doesn’t matter which version of sailor moon do you watch first because if you like sailor moon than you would like sailor moon crystal for sure or if you like sailor moon crystal you would like sailor moon for sure so it doesn’t matter which one of sailor moon versions do you watch first ,it would be good that when you finish with sailor moon crystal start to watch sailor moon of 90’s because its the anime that i fell in love and i think that you would like it to (just a suggestion)

No, you can watch either one first… though in my opinion the original is better paced and makes you feel more attached to the characters, Crystal is much quicker and based much more closely on the manga.
