I travel to Japan quite often and it’s very well known that the Chinesse hate the Japanese over past political conflicts. I mean, they wouldn’t even allow “Memoirs of a Geisha” to have a theatrical run because it depicts a Chinese actress playing a Jappanese Geisha. You should look into the controversies surrounding Yasukuni Shrine.
