Other than that I’m fine with her.
Terri Hawkes definitely had the voice for the powers, even if she did sound too mature for Usagi at times.

She sounds more like a small fairy or a cat than a little girl, but given Chibi-Usa’s size and that cat-like stare she gives Usagi the first time they meet, it kind of works.
