I think going back in time in this anime (and possibly in the rest of the franchise) causes new timelines to form and branch off from the original timeline. It would explain why Neo-Queen Serenity didn&#039;t take steps to stop the rise of the Black Moon clan, it only rose in her 30th century and journeyed back to Usagi&#039;s 20th century, where a new timeline branches off and Usagi will take steps to stop the rise of the Black Moon clan when she becomes Queen. I&#039;ve spent too much time thinking this over.

By the way, when&#039;s the first part of Sailor Moon R come out on DVD? I know they did some dubbing recently, but when do they release it?]]></description>
