I’m glad I’m not the only one who was squirming and the animation quality of the opening scene. It was disappointing and painful. I’ve heard others complain about the poor animation of the series but I never found it bad enough to contribute until that episode.

Lol I was thinking the same thing. The only way I can even tell the difference is through the boxes. That blue strip on the edge. Lol I see dvds everwhere.

Why are people freaking out over the DVDs? The only difference between normal DVDs and Blue-Ray is that Blue-Ray has better quality, besides that they are exactly the same. DVDs are still very popular, I see them EVERYWHERE.

When was the last time you visited Japan?

Last time I was there was this year, and arcades and DVD stores were in abundance so I think the series retaining these locations is not a problem at all.

Well, actually in Japan rental stores and arcades are still popular. Also, yes I agree they should have updated the dvds to blurays but there are still alot of people who buy dvds so its understandable.
Overall, I loved this episode! I can’t wait to see Minako!
