I actually kind of like what they’ve done with it, and Stephanie Sheh is growing on me as Usagi. And I just love Umino’s voice actor! He kills me every time he speaks because he sounds like a lot of people I know (and hint hint, we’re all proud nerds).

It’s what I’ve wanted for so long and now that I have it…I guess I was just expecting more.
Naru, Usagi and Luna all sound pretty similar. Rei and Ami aren’t bad, Rei sometimes almost sounds like the Rei from the original dub. Umino sounds too old.
The only voice I am really happy with is Tuxedo Mask. Maybe the others will grow on me.
As much hate as the old dub gets, it definitely had character and I loved it (though I had my period of dub loathing until I realized the dub was the reason I knew about Sailor Moon to begin with.)
